Philly is bisected into east and west by Broad Street, and into north and south by Market Street. A subway runs under each street and City Hall is located where the two streets cross.
There is a regular train service from the airport to stations in Center City including 30th Street Station. There are also taxis and ride-sharing services readily available, though note that ride-sharing companies have no formal pickup spot, they generally collect passengers from the parking facilities.
30th Street Station (30th and Market) is an old-school rail hub with plenty of taxis (29th St./east exit) and ride-sharing access (30th St./west exit) as well as access to trolley and subway services. Regional Rail services pass through 30th Street Station as well as Suburban Station (15th and Market) and Jefferson Station (12th and Market).
Megabus and Bolt Bus services arrive just outside of 30th Street Station. Greyhound and Chinatown bus services terminate in the Chinatown area—a few blocks away from Indy Hall.
5th Street Station on the Market-Frankford subway line is a block away and has stops along Market St. including at the railway stations mentioned above.
All subways, trolleys and buses cost $2.50 per ride. Exact fare is required, though you can pick up a SEPTA card at some locations which allows you to store a balance and ride at a reduced $2.25 rate
Several bus lines run close to Indy Hall. Most mapping apps (such as CityMapper) are generally good at providing route and timing information for most transit.
